WELCOME TO THE CG FAMILY
I'm so excited that you signed up for Camp Gladiator! Not only will you get amazing workouts, but you'll ENJOY them! (Crazy, I know!) I want to make sure you have the best experience with Camp Gladiator and me as your trainer. That is why I put together this guide to help you succeed out at camp. So take a moment to read through. If you have already been coming out to camp, you may know most of this, but this is just the start. I will be sharing so much more with you in the coming weeks to be successful on your fitness journey!
CG WORKOUTS:
CG workouts are built on a four-week cycle, with each week focusing on a different type of training. Same workout twice? No, thanks. We like to keep your workouts fresh, so no two Camps will ever be the same! All of our workouts are "go at your own pace," but that doesn't mean we won't challenge you to give all you got. You'll experience a 60-minute full-body workout every day!
FOUR-WEEK TRAINING CYCLE
Eweek progresses and builds on previous workouts to train your body in the most efficient way possible.
Week 1 - ENDURANCE: This foundational week is designed to keep you moving the entire 60-minutes while keeping your heart rate at a constant pace.
Week 2 - STRENGTH & AGILITY: Improve muscular strength and power while also challenging your body's ability to create speed, quickness, and acceleration in the midst of dynamic movements.
Week 3 - INTERVAL: by alternating between high-intensity drills and short rest periods, this training teaches your body how to efficiently use its energy and oxygen to burn more calories.
Week 4 - PEAK: With improved stamina, enhanced speed, and increased strength, this week will allow you to reach new peaks and break plateaus.
Week 5 - COMMUNITY WEEK: After the four-week cycle ends, all registered Campers get to experience bonus workouts
During Community Week, a consistent, full camp schedule runs Mon-Wed & Sat with off days on Thurs & Fri.

* If you haven't purchased dumbbells or a mat I will have a few extras available to borrow until you get your own! I also carry a small inventory of CG's exclusive fitness mats. Let me know if you'd like to purchase one.
FIRST DAY: Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can chat through expectations
and I can answer any questions you might have and get you set up for success.
YOUR LOCATION:
You chose one of Trainer Amy Hoffman's two locations as your primary location:
Waterford Lakes: The Keg Social at 6:00 AM on M, W, F
East Orlando: Waterford Medical Suites at 6:15 PM on M, W, TH
You are welcome and encouraged to attend as many of our locations as you would like in addition to your primary location. You can locate other locations through your CG App or at campgladiator.com/locations
This will allow you to check-in at Camp, find your favorite locations, and manage your account all in the CG App.
